Dr. Fallabel was born in Hazleton and graduated from Hazleton Area High School in 1969. He continued his education at Penn State University, graduating with a BA in General Arts and Sciences with honors in 1973. He then went on to The University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine and graduated in 1977 (OKU National Honor Society).
After graduating, he and his wife, JoAnn Fallabel, went to work starting their own denta l practice. They opened their office in scenic Jim Thorpe in 1977 and have been a successful business serving Carbon County and surrounding areas for the past 45 years.

As of May 2024, Dr Fallabel has officially retired. He is excited to embark on this new phase of his life. He is going to enjoy more time with his children and grandchildren, traveling and of course coaching volleyball!
